Re: OAS4081 will not start as an service

The listener services for OAS *have* to be started using either the Application Server Manager or the OWSCTL program from the command line. The documentation for OAS explains that the listener services don't implement all of the APIs for NT services and thus cannot be started/stopped from the NT services dialog.
