oracle Y2k Bug (server 7.3.4;Developer 2.1)

Hi there,
I only want to tell the whole world our Y2k experience with oracle. We installed Windows NT 4.0 (and nothing else), Oracle workgroupsserver 7.3.4
and after this some products from the developer 2000 version 2.1 (e.g. Forms 5.0)
During installation of Forms 5.0 the process has been killed or an access violation
appeared.
Our (funny) bug fix:
We set the date to 1999 and the installation worked fine. After setting the date again to 2000 the server and forms worked also fine.

I thought, oracle 7.3.4 and developer 2000 up to from 1.32 will be Y2k proven ?!

Do we make any mistakes ?
