Web*DBA is a web-based DB reporting tool that I wrote using Perl5, Apache web server and DBI/DBD. Web*DBA can run on Sun Solaris and Linux (RedHat 5.1 or higher). Its free and has documentation for installing Oracle, Apache, DBI/DBD and the Web*DBA application.
