6th failed install on Solaris v7 on a Sparc 20 quard

I am on my 6th failed install of Oracle 8i Demo. on a quard processor
Sun Sparc 20 with 250Meg of RAM 340 - 560meg of swap space. My problem
seem to be in setting up the Installer, administrator and users
rights. I purchased the package about 6 months a go. 



Can any one help?
