Hi,

It is possible to Use Net8 for Oracle 7.3.x but my experience when using Net8 for Oracle 7.3.4.0 database is bitter. My database offen crashing down whenever i use complex transactions which involves table insert that triggers a procedure and also using UTI_FILE package.

So, it is advised to have SEPARATE listener for Oracle 7.x and Oracle 8.x and Oracle 8.1.x
