Oracle 7.3 and ORA-12505 -> TCP/IP connection works with second instance

I created a new Instance using the NT instance manager. It works fine, if I connect to the database using BREQUEST everything works fine. Now I installed an additional Alias using net easy config. This Alias shall use the protocol TCP/IP. Now if I connect using this alias I get the error message ORA12505 - TNSListener could not resolve SID given in connect. Why?

It must be a SQL*NET error, but I do not have further description.

BTW.: The new instance has a different name than ORCL and the database name is ORA7 instead of ORACLE.

Thank you for any help.

Regards
