Oracle Webserver 1.0

Hello,

i installed the Webserver 1.0 on AIX 4.3 (IBM RS6000). The machin has 1,5 GB RAM and 4 Processors. When i request a Webpage about the webserver i receive the following message in the syserror.log (in the $ORACLE_HOME/ows/log directory):

Error 10 : No child Processes [1]

I think i must set the semaphores, but i dont know where i can set it.

And i have problems with stable sqlnet connections: Error tns lost contact.

Can anyone help me?
