Get a support contract w/ the hardware mfr!!! This is, in my experience, one of the most imporant things. Make sure they have a 2~4 hour turnaround. HP has a great one for it's Netserver line. You should not skimp on your Oracle HDWR.

Also,

Dell has an hardware sizer for Oracle on their website (or at least they did a while ago). It can help size the box.

Disk and Ram are very important, don't worry as much about the processor (just worry some).
