I would predict that your CPU utilization will be somewhere between 1 and 99% in all cases. :=) Seriously, this is way too little info to make any kind of reasonable projection from. It depends on many things:

• Speed of CPU's
• Cache sizes of CPU's
• Type of CPU
• Amount of memory
• Type of memory
• Type and brand of operating system
• Size of database
• Version of database
• Size of memory allocated to database
• Disk configuration
• Number of concurrent users
• Backup and recovery strategy
• Availability requirements
• Programming languages and data access methods used by the applications.
• Type of use (OLTP, DSS)
• 50+ more items

You get the idea. Best advice I can give is to go look at the benchmarks on www.tpc.org.
