7.3.4 is the current production Oracle7 release. 7.3.2 has been desupported (I believe, check their web-site), which is not quite as bad as it sounds. About the only difference between 7.3.4 and 7.3.2 is that some bugs in 2 were fixed in 4, plus a couple of interesting utilities are included. You should perform an upgrade on your development instance and test you apps, but I can't imagine apps that work against 7.3.2 but not 7.3.4.
