Oracle 7 performance on Nt or UX

Hi,




Currently, we plan to move our Oracle database server to a new box.  We
try to evaluate buying HP-UX or Window NT and find out performance/$$
ratio. on different options.



Our database has about 40 tables; 3 tables has around 60,000 rows, all
others are about 1,000 to 10,000 rows.   Select and Insert/Update are
equally the same hit.  Currently we have 50 Oracle workgroup licenses on
Window NT.



Does anyone has some suggestions?  or does anyone knows some benchmark
result I can reserach on?   Any information will help.  I am really
appreciated.  Thank you.
