oracle on nt vs. netware

We are installing an accounting package that requires Oracle on either NT or Netware, but have experience only with Oracle on UNIX systems. We would like some advice from those with experience on either of those platforms as to which is a better bet. The number of users accessing the package will be small (10 to 15) and it will run on either a Windows NT V4.0 or a Netware Intranetware (V4.11) server. We are concerned about the usual things: performance, reliability, support, and ease of setup and use.

All suggestions and comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
