Connecting to personal oracle

I have a personal oracle version 7.0 and I am trying to connect to this with Delphi Client Server 3.0. But I can't seem to get it to work. Does anyone know how to set te proper settings in the Borland Database Engine. Send me an e-mail if you do at fransd&xs4all.nl.
