Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.server -> Re: three listeners, one for each instance ???
I called support on this back in 96 and they said 1 listener per machine
(assume 1 ver of Oracle and 1 oraclehome) was best. I don't remember why.
From a maint. point of view, it would be easier because I have one
listener.ora to maint.
