To log in as SYSDBA you need to log in as SYS. The default PW is CHANGE_ON_INSTALL. The SYS and INTERNAL are the only accounts that can log on as SYSDBA when you install Oracle using the default install. The SYS and INTERNAL are also the only users that can do remote shutdown also. The other users that are setup are SYSTEM(Password: Manager).
