I'm taking a Oracle DBA class right now and the instructor told us that he would not use raid on drives holding Oracle databases. He said it was better to use many smaller drives without raid. Your rollback segments and control files can be duplicated over the many small drives. This would help you if one of the drives went down. As for the block size. Your Oracle block size should be in multiples of your drive block size. Look like you have that covered.
