Upgrading Oracle on HP-UX

What is the recommended upgrade path from Oracle 7.2.3 on HP-UX 9.04 to
Oracle 7.3.3 on HP-UX 10.20.



Do I upgrade the OS then Oracle or vice versa ?



Are there stages that I need to stop for each to apply an upgrade for
the other and then continue ?
