Error Installing Oracle WEBSERVER on WINDOWS NT

Hi everyone,

I am trying to install the Oracle Webserver 2.0 s/w (trial version) from the CD and I get the following error when I invoke the "setup.exe" program.

nt.stp[1110] : PERMISSION_DENIED while transalating PATH from $

could someone enlighten me as to what is happening and what corrective action should I take.
