HELP: setupCD_NT4(trial ver 2)

Hi :

        I am experiencing problem installing the trial product for NT 4.O. I had tried installation instruction as mentioned on the CD, but I was unsuccessful to run the installation program. What it does - the cd keeps spinning, ......,I entered the name, co-name, etc. , then the system hangs...., I had to ctrl-alt-del to shut down..!!

        Can anybody suggest how I can install the workgroup server successfully from the 'trial ver 2.o for NT 4.0'. I would appreciate any help.

        I have also contacted the techsupport - they suggested some files probably are missing in that cd ....!!...they are cutting a new cd .....!! Anyone experienced the same problem!!???
