9i Fast refresh for materialized View with joins only

I have created MVs with joins only (no Aggregates) in very large data warehouse. A MV for each star. Could you please confirm that:

no need to add "INCLUDING NEW VALUES" option to CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW LOG statement when only insert or update are possible (no delete)?
The only option available in this case is CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW LOG... WITH ROWID? with rowids of all tables in the SELECT clause ?
