Re: ORA-12541 NO LISTENER PROCESS

Look and see if you have the ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID set in the sysstem environment. Docs will tell you that you don't need to but depending on the version it is still a good idea.

Then, you will need to create a listener service if one doesn't exist. Check and see if it is set to start automatically
