I indeed was able to log in after i was running lsnrctl in ms dos.



But if i turn my computer off and then turn on and log in again with
sql plus or toad then i get the messager error : ORA-12560 TNS error in
protocol adapter.



so eachtime i run lsnrctl in ms dos to log in correctly!!!



Do you know how you run lsnrctl only 1 time so that the listner work
properly en permanently ?
