Unique vs UPPERCASE

Hello:

I need a column unique, but unique without UPPERCASE or lowercase, example:

        NAME (unique)                                     ADD
....
        BILL                                              Main Street
        Bill                   <<<===                 Washington Street

I need that this situation isn't possible.

Somebody knows what i can do?
