Hi,



you have to install Windows NT 4.0 with service pack 5 (40-bit encryption).
As reported  in Note 74094.1, SP5 128-bit causes Dr.Watson with OAS 4.0.8.



Moreover, as reported in NOTE 1017465.102 you have to install SP3 before
upgrading to service pack 5.
