OAS 4.x crashing

I'm having problems with OAS 4.0.8.2 on the same box ( NT 4 ) as my database ( 7.3.4 ). On a frequent basis, the webserver Dr. Watson's on me. I have no Idea what's happening, if anyone could give me a clue, I'd appreciate it.
