typically the DBSNMP connections are OEM ... make sure you have issued lsnrctl dbsnmp_stop before performing the migration.

One additional tip ... make an additional backup AFTER running the migration tool, but BEFORE attempting to convert your database. I encountered ORA-00600 errors the first time I attempted the conversion, but when I restored my post-migration backups and tried again it worked fine.
