I am installing Oracle Application Server 4.0. However, I have troubles in starting the ORB processes. It just says that it can't start it and please start it manually.

I have tried to start it using owsctl command line, but no luck. Please enlight me. Thank you.

FYI: I'm running OAS on Pentium II 450 MHz, 128MB RAM, NT Server SP 4, Oracle 8 for database.
