Oracle Implementation Failures

HI,

I'm writing a report about Oracle ERP implementations; and need some information regarding any failures that have taken place.

In particular, I'm looking for an example of an organization which decided to implement Oracle ERP software; and during the implementation the organization either decided to abandon the project or to cut down the size of the project for whatever reasons.....

As a matter of fact, info on any Oracle ERP project disatsters or mishaps would be of great assistance.

This type of information is tough to come by,
