Hi Mladen,

Did you check the log file to see what opatch is waiting on?

If your system has a lot of inactive patches, you may run into following issue during patch analysis stage.

Opatch Operations are Very Slow Due to High Number of Inactive Patches (Doc ID 2975569.1)
