I was in Andy Mendelsohn's session at CloudWorld and he said something vague about "soon".
I did hear a rumor from an Oracle employee that it would be "End of the year"

List,
Happy fall season to those in Northern hemisphere.
I am trying to download Oracle 23AI (NOT the free version). I do not see it in the download page<https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/oracle-database-software-downloads.html#db_ee>, although I see links to older versions. When web searching it seems that 23AI regular version is only available in cloud and not for on-prem. Is this true? Does anyone know when 23AI will be released for on-prem?
Thanks,
Ram.
