Windows Versions for Oracle

I have been asked a question that is a new to me:

Should Oracle be installed on standard Windows Server Licences or on DataCenter?

 I don't know the difference between them, or why it might matter.

Any other Windows version tips are welcome.

Please don't suggest Linux. That is my preference as well...
