Hi Mladen – Oracle Database 23c EE is not yet available for download. Oracle Database 23c EE is currently only available on OCI Base Database Service.

We are targeting the first half of 2024 to deliver Oracle Database 23c EE for download (i.e., for use on-premises).

Hi Jenny,

The free database cannot be patched, relink command was removed and there are severe limitations with respect to both memory and database size. In other words, that's a toy. I checked Technet before writing this, Oracle 23c EE is not available for download. Do you happen to know when will it be available for download?
