PDB views not showing any data

Hi,
I have a 19c (19.17) Oracle EBS PDB database plugged into a CDB. I am finding out that there are views that don't contain any data at the PDB level. For example, AWR_PDB_EVENT_HISTOGRAM

AWR_PDB_FILEMETRIC_HISTORY
AWR_PDB_SESSMETRIC_HISTORY
AWR_PDB_WAITCLASSMET_HISTORY
AWR_PDB_FILEMETRIC_HISTORY
AWR_PDB_SESSMETRIC_HISTORY
AWR_PDB_SYSMETRIC_HISTORY
AWR_PDB_WAITCLASSMET_HISTORY

Does anyone know the reason why the above views are not showing data?
