Primary and Standby on Same Cluster

Hi
I had Primary and Standby Database ( Both Single Node) running on same Cluster. Below is the details - Primary on Node 1    It has One Primary Service  Access by Application with Role Primary    It also has Standby Service with Role Physical Standby and it is down- Active DG Standby on Node 2    It has Standby Server Accessed by Reporting Application with Role Physical_Standby Somehow when connecting using Primary Service, Connection are going to both Primary and Standby. All connection using Standby Service are working fine going to only Standby  Any Suggestion
