Line 5 is the OCPU pricing model. Line 2 is the ECPU pricing model. They are both for the same service.

The Exadata Cloud Infrastructure is built elastically, the same way as on-prem, which means you start with a quarter rack and add additional database and storage nodes to meet your needs. The reason the X8M database and storage servers are on the price list is for those customers that already have an X8M system and want to expand.
