That seems an odd choice. Vendor support knowledge bases are very well
suited for researching vendor error messages for obvious reasons. ChatGPT
is a generative AI so it's excellent for *generating* things, documentation
or code are great examples but I wouldn't expect it to add any value as a
search engine.
One thing that I would add is that because of demand the actual
availability of ChatGPT is sporadic at best currently. It does have cool
"sorry I can't do that Dave" pages though.
