DBV connect to PDB - anyone know how?

I want to run dbv against segment_ids in my _PDB_ .

However I cannot figure out how to connect DBV to the PDB as sysdba.

Basically it takes USERID=<username/password>_at_db_name SEGMENT_ID=xxx.xxx.xxx

I can connect as myself but not as sysdba though I haven't tried SYSTEM so maybe that will work which I'll try now.

BUt if anyone knows, I'd be much appreciated.
