Has anybody successfully used Heat Maps ? We had a problem where the views and data were obviously not accurate and opened an SR. Along with a patch to fix the problem, we were told that it only works on objects where the attributes are set at object creation. But there are "alter" tables where you can add or remove ADO policies.

My goal is just to track object access rates so I can move rarely accessed objects into lower cost storage, but the entire concept appears not to work. I am looking for anybody that has successfully used this feature.
