Yeah, not sure then, can you double check the sharing column for the view in dba_objects is set to metadata link?

Otherwise, sounds like a support problem.

This works on my 19c machine (other than only text_vc having the view definition/code in the PDB).

Is this straight after a conversion? Have you ran the non-cdb to PDB script? Was there anything in the pdb_plug_in_violations view? It looks like the metadata link hasn’t been created.

What does dba_objects return in the PDB?

The SQLs above was executed on a PDB. Happens on 19c and 21c.

The non-cdb had this information.

Cdb_view in the root container shows the correct information:
