You (or possibly "Pap") were asking about the same issue a few months ago.
The extra time in the first sample you sent was almost all CPU time.
That being the case you need to look at the session activity statistics to
identify what is happening that could increase the CPU usage.
The obvious guess is that the Cell Servers are overloaded and compression
units are being sent to the database servers for local decoding and
decompression.
If that's the case the statistics to look out for will be about "load
balancing".
