Timestamp and module of DDL operation

Hi,
We are trying to find out when and from which application a DDL statement came that caused issues in the apps because it recompiled a SYNONYM that one of the main app's packages has a hard dependency on. The LAST_ACTIVE_TIME column V$SQLSTATS is NULL. Is there a way to find out the MODULE and the execute timestamp of a DDL statement? In our case the statement was: ALTER SYNONYM "APPS"."FND_USER" COMPILE Thanks,
