How to write some sql statements about "Active Sessions" and "Runnable Processes" of oracle database?

How to write some sql statements about *"Active Sessions"* and *"Runnable Processes"* in the same intention acquiring the similar graph on *EMCC 13.5* monitoring my oracle database?

eg. the following *2* number of *AAS *(*Average Active Sessions*) graphs and *ARP* (*Average Runnable Processes*) graph:
