Somewhere there is a support paper on configuring AD with Oracle. I think this topic is actually in the manuals now. Found following while looking for the document I had in mind
Bug 31316250 - AD User Lockout did not work as Timezone was not Set to UTC (Doc ID 31316250.8)

Hi,
Our department wants to tie an Oracle database user id to Windows AD authentication so that when an employee leaves their userid inside the database is automatically locked. Is that possible? Oracle 19c, RHEL Linux.
