While looking in , also see a view named "v$cell_thread_history" which has sql_d nored alongside the cell name, but seems it's not holding history more than a few minutes. So maybe as you suggested, the only way left to see longer performance history will be going for dba_hist_active_sess_history/v$active_session_history with param P1 joned on the cell_hashval column of v$cell. Correct me if wrong.
