enq: TS - contention event

I have many sessions in wait: event enq: TS - contention event. (select * from gv$session where lockwait is not null)  

P2Text = tablespace ID , P2 = 18 --> TEMP01 (temp tablespaces)  

in gv$lock:
select request,l.type,username,request from gv$lock l join gv$session s on l.inst_id = s.inst_id and l.sid = s.sid  

I find only my application sessions, where request = 3 and type = TS.  

we are using a RAC 12.1.0.2.  

In the web I found only this Doc ID 2729042.1.  

Is there any way to explain the reason for this TS contention event (remove the cause)?  

The Temp tablespace is only 30% in use.
