How did you find this out? Did you really mean "datafiles"? If the datafiles have been marked as 11.2.0.4 then it looks as if someone has already got at least partway through upgrading the database. It's possible that your only option is to make sure that you complete the upgrade.
Make sure you take a backup of all the database files (including control files, redo logs, etc.) before you try anything else.
