I’m not certain the very easiest way (unless you have a backup of the controlfile since the last substantive change and before your fubar that changed the controlfile to a higher version, if you do, swap a copy of that in place and Bob’s yer uncle), and I would probably edit the controlfile in a binary editor, but create controlfile should work.
