Agreed 100%. Excellent presentation. The version I have seen is from Tim's own website:

I have slight suspicion that this is the best and most up to date version. I would also advise reading Ralph Kimball's Data Warehouse Toolkit. The book is available on Amazon, as is everything else.

First, you should read some incarnation of  Tim Gorman’s paper “Scaling to Infinity.” By my lights he wrote about that better than anyone else.
