I’m sure many who are still on this list are lookg at PostgreSQL or have in the past. Oracle has made some strides with Oracle GoldenGate to implement full replication support for PostgreSQL (on-premises and cloud). More can be found here at RheoData’s site - https://tinyurl.com/yy8xg5sm
