Shouldn't this work?

I had an oracle apex page call break (that used to work) which was using special "#owner#." prefix on a call and it started throwing PLS-00302 errors. Removed it and it started working again. There are no synonyms or other objects called my_unique_proc and statzilla is the owner and user executing.
